CY is soon stepping down in less then a week. well,most probably a week's time. don't you think this is the best time for each one of you to do your best as a individual by start practicing on your skills?
if you think it's a hard thing to do by both concentrating on your studies and also band,think again. if your seniors and alumni's can do it. why can't you? i know it's easier to be said then done but please. i really need you all to buck up.
this section,don't revolve only around me and carolyn not forgetting CY but also the other three of you plus the sec one's. this is the time when we as a section must really work hard together to make all CY's,the other alumni's,him and miss loh effort into use.
if i believe in you. why can't you believe in yourself?
i know i am very fierce and temperamental most of the time but you must understand. if not for your surly behavior i wouldn't have reacted that way. i want the best. not only me i am sure. you too,right? if not,then tell me why.
being a section leader made my courage and passion stands up whenever i tried teaching you all. i managed to understand what your problem was and most importantly,i managed to bond with you all(since i rarely talk to you all back then).
so now,i really really hope each one of you would take things seriously into hand. it will be obviously harder for me and carol to look after three(excluding sec one's) of the current members when CY step down.
I/We just need your passion,devotion,commitment in band. from there,you can improve. and i from there i can say,not only the section will improve. infact the band will too.
so my dearest juniors. what are you waiting for? start practicing and buck-up on your tone,basics and pitching. i don't want a sudden effect as it takes time. you need time,i understand. just do it slowly but not too slow. cos by the time you realized you improve,maybe it's already SYF.
